Greetings!

Hi! This is Leon, a data analyst, management consultant, and also who manages and leads projects.

I’m currently working for a management consulting firm that provides process improvement, data analysis, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) development for our clients.

I am proficient with Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and Python. Currently, I’m learning more depth in machine learning and other more complex statistical analysis models.

Always keep a heart of continuously exploring the unknown and improving myself.

My Story to Share

You must have seen the quote from “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty” on my home page – "Life is about courage and going to the unknown." This movie might not be a great one, but I love it so much. Not because of Ben Stiller (I like him a lot tho), or Sean Penn, or beautiful Iceland, it is the changed and unchanged inside of Walter Mitty in the movie: be brave to explore the unknown and keep the faith in what you believed in.

Back three years ago, Data analysis was unknown to me. However, I like exploring data analysis and programming during my own time but was never brave enough to set up my mind to pursue a career data related. Everything changed after my third time watching Walter Mitty. I found a job as a management consultant providing client process improvement consultation, analyzing data, building dashboards to support my work, and keeping learning data analysis and dashboard development in my spare time with my enthusiasm for data.

If there’s a movie called The Secret Life of Leon Hao, probably it will tell you the same thing as Walter Mitty, plus:

Woof! I’m Donut, a two-year-old golden retriever, Leon’s good boy, and developer of this website (Yas! I made this). I’m currently working as a home remodeler for Leon’s apartment. I’m innovative and hard-working at my job, although he seems not really happy about my work. I love all kinds of foods and road trips with Leon.
